Liz's Favourite Salad Dressing

Yield: ~200 mL

Liz's Favourite Salad Dressing


  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely minced
  • 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • juice of ½ a lemon


  • Add the dry ingredients to a mason jar, followed by the mustard and honey, and then the liquid ingredients. Place the cover on tightly, and give it a good shake.
  • Enjoy with pretty much any salad (especially a greek salad) or veggies!
