Raspberry Buttercream

Yield: ~3 cups

Raspberry Buttercream


  • 250 g unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 300 g icing sugar
  • 25 g raspberry coulis


  • Add the butter to the bowl of an electric mixer, and beat on high speed for a minute. Add the icing sugar, and beat on high speed until fluffy and pale. Add the raspberry coulis, and beat again for another few minutes.
