Orange Creamsicle Frosting
4 sticks (2 cups) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 bag (approx. 4 cups) icing sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons orange extract
orange gel paste food colour
With mixer on medium-high, mix butter until light and fluffy. Reduce mixer speed, and slowly add icing sugar until desired consistency is reached. Mix in extracts, and tint with colour if desired. Mix on high speed for 10 to 15 seconds for a fluffy consistency.
