No-Fruit Smoothie

Yield: 1 large smoothie

No-Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 2 kale leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons natural unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 grams stevia powder (2 packets)
  • handful of ice cubes

Instructions

  • Throw all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
