INGREDIENTS / SUPPLIES
2 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
Peel of 1 orange (pith removed), cut into long strips
~16 150-200mL bottles (with cork or screw tops)
Add the orange peel strips to the sterilized bottles. Over medium heat, cook the cranberries, sugar, and water until just boiling (you want most of the berries to remain whole). Divide the cranberry sauce mixture between the bottles. Fill each bottle with vodka, and cork / cover.
