All Things Mini

Mini Cupcakes - Main

I really love mini desserts. All of them. Tiny cookies and squares, tartlets, cake pops… pretty much anything that’s bite-sized. Delicious and adorable. So, last week I made these mini chocolate cupcakes. Both the chocolate batter and buttercream frosting recipes can be found on the recipes page (here and here) and in this post. The mini cupcakes only need to bake for 12 minutes or so.

I tinted the frosting so that it was ever-so-slightly pink – my favourite frosting colour. Then added a few rainbow jimmies.

I used these baking cups. They’re my favourite. Parchment is the best. They come in mini and standard sizes.

Pretty pink frosting:

2 - Pink Vanilla Buttercream

Pipe the frosting.

3 - Add Icing

Make a huge mess with the sprinkles…

Too cute! And yummy.
